To register for an eServices account, navigate to the eServices home page and click on ‘Register’ under the ‘User Information’ menu located in the top left of the screen. Complete the registration form as required – you will need to provide at least one phone number.
If you are a property owner, tick the ‘I’m a Property Owner’ box to provide additional proof of ownership. This will enable your account to be verified automatically and speed up the registration process. Only one form of reference is required, you do not need to complete each reference field.
Registered Users accessing eServices are subject to Terms and Conditions that must be agreed to prior to applying to become a Registered User.
